Skelwith is home to 300 privately owned holiday homes, each providing guests with a comfortable retreat in the heart of the Lake District Natioanl Park which they can return to as often and as spontaneously as they like.

Owners are guaranteed at least twelve years occupancy when they purchase a static here at Skelwith, with the possibility of a two year extension if the van remains in good condition.
The pitch fee for 2012 is £3,075 and runs from 1st May to 30th April. In addition to pitch fees you will need to budget for rates: for 2012 these are likely to be arround £180.00 for the year. Insurance is typically charged at around £10.60 per £1,000 inc 6% insurance premium tax but you're welcome to shop around. Electicity is metered and gas bottle exchange and delivery is available on-site.
